Job Title: Spa Wellness Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Wellness Director to lead the development and delivery of our spa services and wellness programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spa and wellness management, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement wellness and spa programs that align with our vision of longevity and holistic wellbeing
• Develop and maintain a diverse range of spa treatments services and packages that cater to different guest needs and preferences
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our offerings

Guest Experience:

• Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service from their initial contact through to the completion of their spa experience
• Address guest inquiries feedback and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Personalize guest interactions and recommendations to enhance their overall spa experience

Team Leadership & Training:

• Lead motivate and support spa staff including therapists and wellness practitioners ensuring high standards of service and professionalism
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to keep the team updated on new treatment techniques and wellness trends
• Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily spa operations including scheduling inventory management and facility maintenance
• Ensure that all spa equipment products and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety and hygiene
• Monitor and manage the spa budget including tracking expenses managing inventory and maximizing revenue

Marketing & Promotions:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies special offers and events that drive spa traffic and enhance guest engagement
• Assist in creating engaging content for social media and other marketing channels to promote spa services and wellness programs

Quality Control & Compliance:

• Ensure that all spa treatments and services are delivered in accordance with Fairmont’s quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Implement and monitor procedures to ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management Wellness Business Administration or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in spa management wellness program development or a similar role with a proven track record of success
• Strong understanding of wellness trends spa treatments and longevity practices
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
