About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at The Hiring Company. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals who want to take their careers to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. They should also have experience managing a team of sales professionals and be able to deliver on annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales growth strategies focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve collective sales goals
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in IT sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience managing a team of 6-8+ sales professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on annual sales targets of ₹15-20 crore+
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
