Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify new clients to ensure alignment with our offerings. Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to support ongoing sales efforts.
  • Drive Sales: Engage with clients on-site to build relationships and close sales. Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads and deals, and providing accurate forecasts.
  • Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions. Build strong relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Customer Onboarding: Lead new clients through onboarding, ensuring they understand and utilize the EventCRM platform. Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless transition. Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve onboarding processes and materials. Monitor onboarding metrics to enhance the customer experience.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Initiative, adaptability, and experience with Google Suite and Slack.
