We offer a competitive salary of ₹3,00,000 to ₹5,40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sales support and client engagement: generating leads through networking, client referrals, and digital platforms; engaging with potential customers; offering personalized property solutions.
  • Transaction assistance and documentation support: preparing transaction documents; assisting clients through the paperwork process; ensuring all legal documents and compliance requirements are met.
  • CRM management and lead follow-up: utilizing CRM tools to capture, track, and manage sales leads; maintaining detailed records of client interactions and updates; monitoring and reviewing CRM-generated reports.
  • Sales strategy and target achievement: assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies; participating in promotional activities and marketing campaigns; continuously assessing customer feedback and suggesting improvements.
  • Client relationship building and after-sales support: developing strong, lasting relationships with clients; providing regular follow-ups and post-sale support; resolving any post-sale issues or inquiries.
  • Reporting and market research: supporting the senior sales team in compiling regular sales reports; analyzing sales trends and market feedback; staying updated on current market conditions and competitor activity.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2-5 years of experience in residential real estate sales or related fields.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach to sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools to manage leads and track sales processes.
  • Able to engage with clients and deliver tailored property solutions.
  • Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
  • Basic understanding of real estate market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
