The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Growth Marketing Strategist to drive our lifecycle engagement strategy globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy with clear metrics to activate, engage, upsell and retain customers.
  • Monitor performance and optimize conversion rates, promotional costs, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Plan, develop and launch multi-channel campaigns, including hypothesis-led experimentation roadmaps, learning agendas, and agile workflows.
  • Analyze data using analytics tools to track key performance metrics, generate reports, prioritize experiments, and provide insights on campaign effectiveness.
  • Explore new concepts, tools, channels, tactics, and technologies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage the lifecycle promotional marketing budget effectively, allocating resources across different channels based on performance and strategic priorities.
  • Partner with internal teams, vendors, and agency representatives to develop, execute, and optimize program outcomes.

About You:

  • You have 7+ years of experience leading lifecycle, email, CRM, and/or engagement marketing programs in a multi-channel environment, with B2B and B2C experience a bonus.
  • You possess hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms to own reporting and iteration on existing workflows.
  • You have exceptional copywriting skills and an eye for great design, as well as knowledge of CRM systems, attribution models, and lead scoring.
  • You bring a strong analytical background and ability to draw key insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
  • You have entrepreneurial style, high agility, initiative, and creativity.

What We Offer:
