Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Rigel Networks. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent management of all tenders and contracts across our projects in India.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract management principles and be able to work collaboratively with our Project Directors and Legal department to ensure that all contracts are managed in accordance with our company's standard terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and subcontracts in collaboration with our Project Directors and Legal department.
  • Ensure that all contracts and subcontracts are properly entered into our organizational databases and securely maintained.
  • Assure the accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments.
  • Oversee the contract management process and document management.
  • Develop specific standards for issuing tenders to contractors and subcontractors.
  • Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
  • Interact with contractors, suppliers, and clients as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively and in partnership with our Legal department.
  • Support in registration and incorporation of new legal entities.
  • Ensure timely update of licenses and related Government requirements of all contracts in scope.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university; Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Prior work experience in contract management on government projects is an advantage.
  • Experience in establishing General & Vendor Contracts, responding to claims, and evaluating variation orders.
  • Excellent customer relations skills and a dynamic, proactive approach.
  • Ability to systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent negotiations and persuasive skills, both in one-on-one and group situations.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Language: Excellent English communication skills (written and oral); Arabic is an advantage.
  • Industrial construction experience is a must to secure contractual clauses and engineering specifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
