Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture profitable customer relationships tailored to the nuances of the semiconductor sector.
  • Analyze individual business requirements and challenges of clients in the semiconductor industry.
  • Proactively generate and manage sales inquiries, ensuring comprehensive follow-up and resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer and supplier issues with a solution-oriented approach, including financial aspects.
  • Represent Rebound Singapore Pte Ltd at client presentations and industry events with professionalism and expertise.
  • Maintain continuous monitoring of market trends and identification of new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate closely with global business units to maximize revenue potential and strategic alignment.
