We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Rebound Singapore Pte Ltd. As a key player in the semiconductor industry, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and cultivating robust customer relationships within this sector.

Key Responsibilities- Build and nurture profitable customer relationships tailored to the nuances of the semiconductor sector.
- Analyze individual business requirements and challenges of clients in the semiconductor industry.
- Proactively generate and manage sales inquiries, ensuring comprehensive follow-up and resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer and supplier issues with a solution-oriented approach, including financial aspects.
- Represent Rebound Singapore Pte Ltd at client presentations and industry events with professionalism and expertise.
- Maintain continuous monitoring of market trends and identification of new business opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with global business units to maximize revenue potential and strategic alignment.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of intensive professional experience in sales, with a strong focus on the semiconductor industry.
- Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and building lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, persuasive demeanor.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
