Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will lead and mentor a small team of sales professionals, actively participate in new business development, and drive revenue growth and support our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of sales professionals.
  • Prospecting and Research: Identify potential leads through research and the use of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, and other prospecting tools.
  • Initial Outreach: Craft and send personalized outreach emails and messages tailored to the specific needs and pain points of the leads.
  • Lead Nurturing: Follow up with leads who have shown interest but are not yet ready to schedule a meeting.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct exploratory conversations to gather detailed information about the lead's requirements and readiness to buy.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule calls or product demonstrations with qualified leads.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2-4 years of prior work experience in the B2B segment of the business.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred, or Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, cold callings, lead generation is must.
  • Prior experience in managing and leading a sales team is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in new business development and market expansion.
