Job Summary:

The GSOC Lead Operator will oversee the monitoring and response to security incidents for one of Pinkerton's largest global clients. This role requires a strong understanding of security systems, including alarm monitoring, electronic access control, and CCTV.

Essential Functions:

  • Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Assist company personnel in all concerns related to safety and security for corporate locations worldwide.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews of multiple systems and sources to detect potential risks.
  • Notify and coordinate corporate response by distributing advisories and other communications.
  • Oversee quality control and oversight for all production, support, and staffing functions in conjunction with India Supervisors.
  • Detect, analyze, and alert others of any incidents that may impact the client's people, products, property, or brand image.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

An associate degree or two years of equivalent work experience within military, law enforcement, government, or corporate security with experience in a security operations center, security systems, and alarm monitoring. Pinkerton seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

Working Conditions:

This role requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions. The employee must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly. Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment are also required.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
