This role plays a pivotal part in fostering strong relationships between Technip Energies and local leadership teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and exchange of ideas.

The position encompasses:

  • Building trust with local Leadership teams to understand their objectives & priorities
  • Presenting the DIGITEAM roadmap, changes, and information that may impact them
  • Ensuring a smooth flow between DIGITEAM and local Leadership
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction
  • Supporting Audit and certification activities
  • Supporting local financial activities

As the primary point of contact for DIGITEAM in the group, the candidate must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, understanding DIGITEAM organization and subjects, as well as the ability to quickly reach out to the needed team.

They should have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the way the local business is organized and of the local requirements in term of audit and certifications.

Reporting lines and interactions:

Operationally reports: Regional Digital Business Partner – India and APAC

Key interactions:

All DIGITEAM domains – local LT – Finance and DIGITEAM finance

Need strong support and commitment from DIGITEAM domains to share information, KPIs, dashboards...

Local business initiative support eg : MOVE project, business continuity...

Meetings with unions and any HR related topics

should be part of the local IMT meetings

Job scope:

Provide a single point of contact for all DIGITEAM queries, service requests, and communications

Liaise with local Leadership teams to understand their objectives & priorities

Acts as trusted advisory, builds and maintains relationship with executives and business unit leaders to develop a clear understanding of business needs

Identifies customer needs

Builds formal and informal professional networks

Interacts regularly with the business to collect needs (eg P&C forecast, key upcoming projects, DIGITEAM requirements...) and ensures their demand is anticipated and assigned to the relevant DIGITEAM domains for delivery (new services or existing ones)

Takes feedback for service improvement

Business development coordination

P&C onboarding support

Construction sites coordination

Present them the DIGITEAM roadmap, changes and information that may impact them

Inform and promote global DIGITEAM offerings (new or existing), collect required changes to the existing offerings (create new offerings, decommission the ones that are no longer required, and implement required changes to existing ones);

Drives the implementation and adherence to DIGITEAM policies

Proactively communicates information re. service availability, planned outages, new and improved procedures.

Interact with the Facilities team to propose the appropriate DIGITEAM solution for new sites and location/layout changes

Monitor customer satisfaction

Ensures high level of customer satisfaction and that business needs are met

  • Formalize the feedback received from business counterparts, coordinate within DIGITEAM organization until resolution
  • SUPPORTS THE GLOBAL DIGITEAM SURVEY & FOR MEASURING CUSTOMERS & USERS' SATISFACTION
  • Measure and report service levels, with a view to improve services

Ensure a smooth flow between DIGITEAM and local Leadership : coordination with all DIGITEAM domains for issues resolution and improvements

Coordinate with all DIGITEAM domains to ensure business feedback is prioritized

Ensures that the responses to deficiencies (in the perimeter) are executed

Governs the provisioning of operational and technical support to the business projects / local needs

Communicates on changes to the customer environment that could potentially impact the type, level or utilization of service provided

Supports, when needed, DIGITEAM domains to define communication strategy and plans, especially during release of new services or projects.

Reports the innovation initiatives that might take place locally;

Support Audit and certification activities

Manages, in collaboration with other DIGITEAM Domains / Business stakeholders, the following compliance activities:

ISO Certifications

Audit performed by Internal Audit

Audit performed by external auditor

Financial & SOX Audit

Software Compliance Audit performed by vendors

Contributes to compliance to internal and external audits and local certifications, and more specifically ensure that responses to deficiencies/certification requirements are executed;

Support Financial / Proc activities

  • Interacts with Finance teams on all subjects concerning financial procedures, cost collectors setup, budget overview, reclassifications, provisions and forecast of DIGITEAM figures on his/her location
  • Facilitates the interactions among Finance representatives, to ensure that the Finance processes for DIGITEAM are well understood and properly implemented
  • Executes local procurement if needed, in alignment with directives from DIGITEAMLT
  • Ensures that local Finance receives DIGITEAM Actuals & Forecast and facilitates interaction with DIGITEAM Finance
  • Ensures business DIGITEAM requirements are captured during budget processes
  • Work with GSP and execute change management activities related to DIGITEAM DoA implementation (identification of actors, training...)

Facilitate the interactions among GSP representatives, to ensure that the Procurement processes for DIGITEAM are well understood and properly implemented.

Profile:

Must have:

  • Ability to work with VIPs on high visibility tasks
  • Grounded in leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to exchange with diverse people on diverse subjects and technologies
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and be very results-oriented.
  • Understanding of business processes, with a flair for business administration and human capital management.
  • Excellent Business Relationship, positive communication, negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and local language.

Work experience:

  • 15+ years work experience within IT
  • Already being in TEN DIGITEAM is an added value

Minimum education level:

  • Bachelor Computer science degree
  • Strong background in IT Services

Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
