We're seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Representative to join our team in Bengaluru or Pune. This mid-level position demands a professional with 2 to 8 years of experience in sales, who can drive sales growth through negotiation, strategy, and relationship building.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed construction project sales goals.
  2. Identify potential clients, establish contact, and build relevant business relationships.
  3. Leverage in-depth market knowledge to position Brick & Bolt as a market leader in construction solutions.
  4. Utilize negotiation skills to close high-value deals and secure new business partnerships.
  5. Collaborate with project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of construction solutions.
  6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead.
  7. Maintain comprehensive client records and handle client inquiries with top-quality service.
  8. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales KPIs while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
