Key Responsibilities
  • You will collaborate with our team to conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions across various channels and formats.
  • Design high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing creatives that meet clients' needs and standards.
  • Create reusable templates and design guidelines that can be easily adapted for future campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, applying them to improve the quality of the creatives.
  • You will work closely with our account team, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You must have experience in graphic design fundamentals such as illustration, layout, typography, line composition, color theory, and more.
  • A strong sense of aesthetics, conceptual skills, and expertise in key design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Sketch are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, and website graphics, branding, and motion graphics/animation/video experience is a plus.
  • You must have a portfolio demonstrating your passion for design and ability to create beautiful, engaging creatives.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills are necessary.
