As a Data Analytics Professional - Facilities Operations with ExxonMobil Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across facilities. You will be responsible for highlighting discrepancies, working with site staff to address data accuracy issues, and providing support to educate users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Stewardship: Continuously track data changes, provide visibility on the health of facilities to leadership, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Process Automation: Develop and implement automation using new tools to streamline processes, ensure efficient implementation of site onboarding and retirement, and continuously look for opportunities to improve workflows.
  • User Support: Develop multi-level relationships within sites and regions, keep users informed of application upgrades, changes, downtime, or other similar matters, and promote the use of dashboards across users.
  • Security and Access Management: Create, coordinate, and facilitate business processes for maintaining accurate security access, user profiles, and space information.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as a backup for secondary sites within and outside the region, share best practices across internal team members, and coordinate with Product owners and Strategists to stay abreast with team priorities and needs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies, including IWMS, Nuvolo, AutoCAD, Autodesk, and Tableau. You will also have the chance to develop your analytical skills and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

About You:
  • Education: Bachelor of Science degree with a minimum CGPA required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Skills and Qualifications:. Basic knowledge of IWMS tools, Nuvolo, AutoCAD, and Autodesk. Proficiency in Analytical Tools such as Tableau and advanced Excel. Strong English communication skills and ability to learn additional software.
  • Personal Qualities:. Self-motivated with ability to work independently and with global teams to meet customer needs. Well-organized with attention to detail and concern for accuracy.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
