Salary

We offer a highly competitive salary for this role, estimated to be around ₹1,500,000 per annum, based on the location in Bangalore and experience level of 5-7 years.


Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Python Developer to join our team as a Senior Backend Developer - Cloud and API Expert. As a key member of our development team, you will design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and/or applications for market sale or large-scale proprietary software for internal use.

You will participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design. You will write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements. You will analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed.

You will also participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements. This is a career-level position within the field, considered highly skilled and proficient in discipline.

You will work under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience Level: 5-7 years overall experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience with Python back-end/API development
  • 3+ year Experience with using cloud platforms such as AWS (Lambda, ALB, AWS API Gateway) or GCP (Apigee API Gateway)
  • Experience with third-party APIs and Web Services
  • Working knowledge of the general web application landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
  • Experience with Agile development, preferably Scrum
  • Experience with Git for code management
  • Experience with Jenkins/Spinnaker for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment
