About the Role:
The Customer Relationship Management Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers on-site at Guru Punvaanii Properties in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome new customers and explain their booking details
- Maintain a positive experience for customers through regular updates on their project and other details
- Cross-sell and build strong relationships for referrals
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Analytical skills to effectively manage customer relationships
- Sales and project management skills to meet targets and deadlines
- Strong communication and market segmentation abilities to understand customer needs
- Experience in customer relationship management and a background in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- A plus: experience in the real estate industry and computer literacy
Compensation: ₹920,000 per annum (estimated)
