Senior Associate, Tech Learning, Learning & Development Role

This Senior Associate position is part of the HR Learning & Development team at DBS Tech India. The role will focus on end-to-end planning and execution of Technology Learning programs, with the aim of delivering our Tech EVP to all employees in line with our vision of implementing World-class Engineering practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner effectively with HR and business stakeholders to deliver business value through learning programs
  • Conduct technology training needs assessments with L&D leads and BU Heads/HRBPs to ensure business outcomes and metrics are explicitly defined
  • Propose outcome-focused learning solutions with objectives and mode of delivery (Blended/Online/Classroom)
  • Oversee procurement and vendor management in collaboration with dedicated procurement and vendor management teams
  • Interact with internal SMEs and external trainers to design curriculum, courses, and assessments
  • Manage learning journeys and learner experiences, governing completion of all DBS Tech Academy Learning Roadmaps (courses, badges, certifications)
  • Innovate to make learning joyful and impactful
  • Bring industry perspectives, trends, best practices, and work actively to change the game
  • Exemplify the desired culture and philosophy of DBS Tech India
  • Facilitate New Employee Orientation along with senior team members and leaders
  • Facilitate Campus Hire Onboarding Program and other allied programs
  • Design and deliver custom solutions in Tech/Domain (in consultation with Vendor Partners where required)

Requirements:

  • Graduate/post-graduate with a minimum of 8-10 years in learning and development
  • Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis and carrying out all activities in the Training Cycle: Identify, Design, Deliver, Evaluate
  • Excellent Classroom Management and Facilitation Skills delivering programs
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships including vendor cost and KPI management
  • Communicate effectively at all levels (both internally and externally); ability to work and influence Team members/Stakeholders across different sites globally
  • Excellent command over MS Excel, analyze large volumes of data points, identify issues, and recommend solutions
  • Superior judgment, diplomacy, and tact, with a willingness to speak up amid adversity
  • Working knowledge of data & analytics tools such as Qlikview/Power BI/Google Data Studio/Tableau
  • Vendor Management (identification, evaluation, empanelment, purchase order-invoice-payment governance)
  • Work closely with all internal teams for smooth execution of training programs
  • Ensure training records are updated for audits and metrics reported monthly
  • Explore automation, data-driven, and digital approaches to augment learning operations
