About the Role

This is a highly specialized position that involves working with share registers to ensure accurate and timely data collection.

  • Processing disclosure responses involves organizing and analyzing large amounts of information.
  • Regularly reviewing our data collection process and suggesting improvements is vital for maintaining the quality of our data.
  • Ensuring the quality of SRA data using our proprietary software requires a high level of technical expertise.
  • Staying up-to-date with market announcements, trading volumes, and analysis-related intelligence is necessary for providing valuable insights to our clients.
  • Compiling reports for clients involves writing engaging commentary and presenting complex data in an easily understandable format.
  • Responding to client queries requires excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Assisting with on-boarding new clients involves providing historical analysis and helping them understand our data collection process.
  • Regularly reviewing team processes and suggesting improvements helps us maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity.
  • Delivering accurate and timely reports to our clients is critical for building trust and establishing a strong reputation.
  • Responding to client queries quickly and accurately ensures that their needs are met and they receive the support they require. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a finance-related subject or a related field.
  • An interest in financial markets and how they work.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and initiative skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced research skills, including the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software applications.
