As a Real Estate Development Associate at WeWork India, you will play an integral part in the company's lead generation and business development efforts. With a focus on brokers and other real estate partners, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the company.

About the Role

The ideal candidate for this position should have 4-6 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a proven track record of high-level strategic skills and a strong ability to prioritize and manage critical situations. You should also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a creative thinking and flexibility to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building a sales pipeline by working on requirements from IPC and DPC brokers
  • Developing and executing an outreach strategy for targeted real estate firms
  • Booking introductory meetings with new brokers and ensuring the inclusion of appropriate stakeholders (RE, Marketing, Sales, BD & Leadership)

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also be responsible for conducting face-to-face meetings, presentations, broker engagements, and events to advocate WeWork's product offerings and services. You will need to continually support new building launches by executing broker/agent/partner outreach strategies in a timely fashion, provide support for broker and real estate related PR, marketing, and design initiatives as needed, and network with key contacts within the related industry to expand your contact base.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is ₹18 lakhs - ₹25 lakhs per annum, based on national averages in India. This estimate takes into account the level of experience required for the position and the average salaries offered by similar companies in the same location.
