Main Responsibilities

Understand the opportunities within your territory to drive market share growth and develop multichannel customer engagement strategies.

Maintain current knowledge of medical and nutritional science to educate HCPs about Abbott products and grow their recommendation.

Develop relationships with HCPs, leverage customer segmentation, and use data-driven insights to inform customer engagement and account management strategies.

Effectively deliver consultative sales calls, anticipate objections, and gain commitment to recommending Abbott products and other brand-building activities.

Establish customer plans, implement segmentation, and ensure timely reporting of daily activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support patient education and deliver a consistent customer experience.

Measure progress against customer and account objectives and take action to meet targets and KPIs.
