Job Summary:

The Performance Management and Compensation Professional will oversee the complete performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback mechanisms, at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance. This full-time, on-site role involves driving performance-related processes and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement performance management processes that reflect employee performance outcomes

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of performance review cycles

- Analyze and interpret performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to compensation and performance

Requirements:

- MBA in HR or a related field

- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of finance

- 3-5 years experience in program management related to performance and compensation

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Experience in performance appraisal and management is preferred
