Customer Experience Specialist

Job Summary:
DBS Bank is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our Consumer Banking Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer escalations and addressing grievances raised by customers through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure escalated complaints are handled in a timely and qualitative manner.
- Manage overall complaint management for all banking and credit card products.
- Handle complaints and facilitate resolution within defined SLAs.
Requirements:
- A minimum of graduate degree.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience handling complaints or escalation calls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
