About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional individual with a proven track record in tax technology leadership. As a Senior Tax Technology Lead, you will be responsible for evaluating and implementing cutting-edge tax technology solutions that enhance our clients' experience. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver projects on time, and provide expert guidance will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tax Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive tax technology strategy aligned with our business objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement streamlined tax processes that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Solution Implementation: Oversee the implementation of new tax technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing coaching and support to ensure their success.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in tax technology leadership, preferably in financial services or real estate.
  • Familiarity with tools like Thomson Reuters Go-Systems, CCH Axcess, OneSource, Alteryx, Power BI.
  • At least 2 years of experience in tax compliance within corporate, financial services, or individual/private wealth advisory sectors.
  • Strong technical acumen, with expertise in Excel, Visio, Alteryx, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to mentor and develop others.
