About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer to join our team If you're passionate about using the Microsoft .NET framework to build software applications, we want to hear from you

As a .NET Developer at SmartQA, your primary goal will be to create software applications using the .NET framework. Your role will also involve writing code, designing user interfaces, and implementing functionality based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Windows applications using .NET and WPF.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Develop and implement user interfaces using WPF XAML and MVVM patterns.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues and bugs.
  • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to apply best practices in software development.
  • Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Integrate with RESTful APIs.
  • Experience working with peripheral devices such as printers, Payment POS (good to have), and online payment systems (good to have).
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven 3-5 years of experience as a .NET Developer with a strong focus on WPF development.
  • Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.
  • Hands-on experience with WPF XAML and MVVM design patterns.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
