At Royal Enfield, we are seeking a highly skilled Content and Publication Manager to join our team. As a Content and Publication Manager, you will be responsible for planning, writing, and delivering various types of customer and technician assistance documentation.

​Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, write, and deliver various types of customer and technician assistance documentation, including owner's manuals, service manuals, and technical documentation in a grammatically accurate and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, product development teams, and homologation teams to gather information on company products through researching available technical information (production drawings, aggregate specifications, etc.) and write or update product documentation as needed.
  • Coordinate with external content development and printing vendors for various needs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with external translation vendors for content translation and timely delivery.
  • Expose on digital platforms and latest software to manage literature and ensure that documentation meets applicable objectives and is appropriate for its intended audience.
  • Plan works independently in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Create and maintain published documents architecture.

​Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in technical literature experience to the automobile industry (preferably motorcycle industry).
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills with good interpersonal skills and collaborative work style.
  • Technical aptitude and interest in technical wiring related to complex technical information.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures translating it for colleagues and consumers who have non-technical backgrounds.
  • Good knowledge on software Adobe Frame Maker, Page Maker, Photoshop, Arbortext, PTC Wind chill, Creo, Adobe Illustrator.
