Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in Google Ads and Social Media Advertising to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics, and strategies to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Google Ads Management:
    • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across search, display, and Google Shopping.
    • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
    • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and manage ad budgets effectively.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Ads Manager tools.
  • Social Media Advertising:
    • Create and execute paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
    • Develop audience targeting strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
    • Design and implement retargeting campaigns to maximize ad effectiveness.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights.
    • Present regular reports on ad spend, ROI, CTR, and other key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Strategy and Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to create compelling ad creatives.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall business goals.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in digital marketing, preferably with a proven track record in Google Ads and social media ad management.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other advertising tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and strong copywriting skills for crafting compelling ad content.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media trends.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

myUpchar offers a competitive salary range between $60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus attractive performance-based incentives and a collaborative work environment.
