We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Professional to join our dynamic team at KGeN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging new and existing gaming clients to promote and activate KGeN's community.
  • Identifying and securing partnerships with top-tier gaming organizations to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle and pipeline, delivering accurate forecasts and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Cultivating strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives, marketing strategies, and gamer profiles.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and partners to enhance account growth and strategic product development.
  • Representing KGeN at industry events and conferences to expand our network and establish thought leadership.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record in B2B sales, with a passion for gaming and a willingness to actively engage with games.
  • Adaptability, humility, and a self-starter attitude, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to navigate challenges and shift gears quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects while driving them forward with energy and focus.
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills, with the ability to spot trends and report on them effectively.

KGeN offers a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
