Drive Revenue Growth

We're seeking a seasoned business development professional to lead revenue generation across our digital agency and tech services. This is an opportunity to own the new business pipeline, drive end-to-end revenue growth, and be part of a fast-growing team.

About the Role
  • Lead revenue generation across digital agency services (creative, media, digital marketing) and tech services (web, app, ODC models)
  • Own the new business pipeline: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing deals with mid to large enterprise clients
  • Act as the face of our organization in new client pitches-lead presentations, build narratives, and co-create solutions with strategy, creative, and tech leads

Requirements:

  • 9-15 years of experience in business development/revenue roles within digital agencies only
  • Strong track record of winning mid-to-large deals in at least two of these verticals: BFSI, Auto, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Tech
  • Excellent pitch craft - you can command a room, tell a story, and close
