Swift Strategic Solutions Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Functional Implementation Expert to join their team on a Full Time basis. Below are further details about the role:

Job Description Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for functional implementation of ERP which includes Oracle Fusion HCM module, including support in HCM business solutions in Oracle. They will work as an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, technical experts and articulate how to best integrate Oracle technologies to deliver superior business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate should have strong experience in two or more of the Core HR/ Payroll (US/UK)/ Benefits/ Time and Labor/ Absence Management)
  • Should be able to configure the assigned module with direction from the Solution Leader.
  • Identify and document gaps between requirements and delivered functionality.
  • Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion application.
  • Identify functionality Fit and gaps and develop solutions to gaps.
  • Should be able to perform Unit test all functionality including staging test scenarios and do Unit test all technical objects prior to delivery to client by documenting test results.
  • Should develop runbooks for all technical objects and analyze and resolve technical queries during project execution by providing functional guidance to technical team.

Essential Skills

  • Should have experience with Oracle HCM modules is must.
  • Should have minimum 1+ years' experience with system implementations.
  • Must have done at least 2 Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
  • Should have good functional (process) knowledge in the area(s) of work.
  • Should have sound knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL.
  • Should understand business objectives and organization structure
  • The candidate must have strong work ethics and trustworthiness
  • The candidate should work accurately with good attention to detail by maintaining confidentiality and integrity
  • Must be highly collaborative and team oriented with commitment to excellence
  • Ability to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables, with a mature approach

Estimated Salary: ₹8,50,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum

Location: Hyderabad

Notice Period: Immediate- 30 Days
