Our Bridal Production Manager will oversee the entire production cycle, from design to delivery. They will work closely with our designers and sampling teams to ensure a smooth transition between stages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate production schedules, track progress, and manage timelines to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain quality standards throughout the production process, ensuring that all bridal pieces meet brand benchmarks.
  • Liaise with artisans, vendors, and embroidery/finishing units to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Manage inventory of fabrics, trims, and embellishments required for bridal collections.
  • Act as primary point of contact for bridal clients regarding their custom orders.
  • Record client measurements, customizations, and delivery timelines accurately.
  • Provide regular progress updates to clients and address any queries during the production cycle.
  • Oversee client trials/fittings and coordinate with the production team on alterations.
  • Maintain detailed order sheets and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Support vendor management, including sourcing and follow-ups for fabrics/embellishments.
  • Collaborate with logistics for smooth dispatches and deliveries.
  • Generate weekly reports on order status, production timelines, and client deliveries.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Fashion Management, Production, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in bridal or couture production/client servicing.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple orders and strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge of bridal wear fabrics, embroideries, and finishing techniques preferred.
