Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced civil engineer with strong sourcing skills to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

*Source and screen candidates for civil engineering clients.

*Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

*Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.

*Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS system.

*Develop relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.

*Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

*Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

*Proven experience in recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.

*Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.

*Strong sourcing skills using job boards and other channels.

*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

*Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
