About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in India. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in the elevator industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
