At Dunamis Machines International Pvt Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Experience Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional with 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing marketing or sales role. As a Sales and Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the customer experience at our factory, with the aim of encouraging product purchases.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, or Malayalam. You will also possess strong presentation and negotiation skills, as well as a customer-centric mindset and a focus on delivering a positive visitor experience.

In addition, you will work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and assist in closing sales deals, coordinate events, and gather customer feedback to understand their preferences and suggest improvements in our product offerings or customer experience process.

Maintaining records of customer visits, feedback, and follow-up actions, providing regular reports to management on visitor engagement and conversion rates is also an essential aspect of this role.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing marketing or sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, or Malayalam is a plus
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering a positive visitor experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors
  • Knowledge of the company's product line and industry trends

The estimated salary for this role is ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on location and experience.
