Job Summary

Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media sites.

Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, and job portals. Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.

Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to coordinate different types of interviews (TCON, F2F, VC, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
  • Familiarity with databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for handling IT requirements from US-based clients.
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder), making job postings on the Job Portal.
  • Well-versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
  • Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
  • Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test, etc. leading to joining post placement.
  • Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
  • Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
  • Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/recruiters/offshore team.
  • Publish progress report to management every week.
