Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Hotel Guest Services Manager to join our team at The Indian Hotels Company Limited.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Manage guest relations team to maintain high standards of service.
- Monitor and report on guest feedback and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality, with a focus on guest services.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
