About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing and implementing plans to achieve revenue targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.

We are looking for someone who is able to think strategically, identify long-term growth opportunities, and develop creative solutions to overcome challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, as well as excellent analytical and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Prospecting: Identify and approach potential clients or partners through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, email outreach, etc.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and pitches tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients or partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's market presence and achieve revenue targets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts and identify areas for improvement.
