This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of supervisors to ensure timely and effective delivery of services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Build and maintain a network of third-party contractors to support property management operations
- Address maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
- Schedule property inspections and prepare reports on a regular basis
- Manage and update databases to track daily activities and performance metrics
- Collect rent, track rent escalation, manage lease termination, and coordinate with owners and tenants
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong coordination and CRM skills
- Experience in admin, facility management, or contractor-related work
- Minimum 4 years of work experience and 1 year of customer relationship experience
- Real estate experience preferred
Compensation:
CTC range 3.5LPA - 5LPA (exceptions considered for good candidates)
Incentives based on performance
