Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with Admissions Operations teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on business improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee a portfolio of admission excellence projects in line with business objectives by leveraging Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies/techniques to streamline processes and enhance operational performance.
  • Lead quality & transformation team members to drive initiatives for Admission Excellence and be the knowledge provider of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital transformation, Six Sigma, and CRM.
  • Mentor and coach green belt projects, providing guidance on project management methodologies, data analysis techniques, and stakeholder engagement.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in risk management methodologies, process improvement techniques, and change management principles. The ideal candidate will possess a Certified Black Belt/ Green Belt, CRM knowledge (preferably salesforce), and a minimum of 7+ years of experience in driving operation excellence projects in a fast-paced environment.
