About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to play a pivotal part in analyzing business processes, collecting requirements, and designing Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will work closely with business partners and fellow team members to implement projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Articulate and comprehend business challenges, translating them into detailed, data-driven Salesforce solutions.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for business expansion, utilizing Salesforce to track and report relevant metrics.
  • Enhance and streamline business processes, particularly in customer relationship management, strategically leveraging the Salesforce platform to support business goals.
  • Develop configurable solutions encompassing workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules.
  • Influence and engage stakeholders, coordinating with teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide support to Salesforce users, enabling effective utilization of the platform to achieve their goals.
  • Formulate and maintain Salesforce solution documentation, including process flows, data models, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with the design team to address significant business operations.
  • Promote CRM standard procedures, ensuring solutions align with the business's overall strategy and ethos.
  • Assist the product owner in defining value, priority, and scope for upcoming releases and sprints through continuous backlog grooming.
  • Maintain a functional understanding of business requirements and project solutions.
  • Perform data migration using Salesforce.com Data Loader.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, specializing in Salesforce SalesCloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Proficient in configuring Salesforce objects, record types, fields, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, installed packages, etc., and both standard and custom functionalities.
  • Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements.
  • Manage ongoing configuration/enhancement of the system to support company goals and initiatives.
  • Extensive knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and proficiency in utilizing tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce implementation throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Skilled in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards within the Salesforce platform.
  • Capable of applying critical thinking, analytical prowess, and effective problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing diverse requests.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving ability, addressing business challenges and innovating solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Track record of providing timely support to Salesforce users and resolving user issues.
  • Experience in data migration using tools like Salesforce Data Loader.
  • Proficient in acting as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders.
  • Possess Salesforce certifications, showcasing expertise in the platform, often preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills enabling the assessment of business requirements and translation into effective Salesforce solutions.
