We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Europe, specifically in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have 15 to 18 years of experience in exports/international sales, with a background in the tires/auto spare part/farm equipment industry.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and growing business in the region, as well as appointing distributors/importers to develop business.">
  • They will work alongside the customer service team to ensure a smooth business cycle from order filling to collection.">
  • Responsibilities include organizing and giving customer training to dealers/end users, gathering market information, and achieving region-wise and product-wise revenue and profitability targets.">
  • The ideal candidate will also ensure total customer satisfaction through the life cycle of all relationships in the market.">

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 to 18 years of experience in exports/international sales.">
  • Experience in the tires/auto spare part/farm equipment industry is highly desirable.">
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to travel regularly to the region.">

Estimated Salary: €120,000 - €150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
