Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Operations Manager to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving electrical, solar, and digital operations across all connected factory locations in Maharashtra and Goa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive electrical, solar, and digital operations across all connected factory locations.
  • Ensure energy management of all connected locations.
  • Remote operation and monitoring in coordination with respective location teams.
  • Implement operational efficiency measures based on OEM recommendations and local market conditions.
  • Predictive maintenance of utilities.
  • System benchmarking and identification of energy efficiency measures.
  • Periodic application upgrade ideas based on real-time data management and analysis.
  • Effective handling of incidents and crises management.
  • Operational savings identification and new business opportunity development.
  • Technical expertise to respective location in charge in terms of utility operations and maintenance strategy.
  • Ensure reliability of electrical, solar, and water consumption data going online to central AVATAR system.
  • Timely reports of data quality, highlighting error-prone areas and coordination for rectifying.
  • Real-time monitoring and control of respective electrical, water, and solar systems in coordination with local operation teams.
  • Data analysis and identification of measures to improve operational efficiency and predictive maintenance.
  • Ensure healthiness of all connected sites and raise alarm in case of any abnormality and get the problem areas resolved in coordination with local operation teams.
  • System benchmarking with historical data and comparable sites and identification of saving measures.
  • Ensure implementation and follow-up of preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
  • Maintain records of technical issues, administrative issues, equipment service issues, and ensure effective resolution through follow-up within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Periodic reporting to respective stakeholders.
  • Set up SOPs and ensure effective implementation across locations.
  • Periodic application upgrade recommendations based on real-time data management and analysis.
  • Update relevant stakeholders in case of critical incidents via telephone and/or email/text message.
  • Prepare and file incident reports for all system-related incidents as per the agreed format.
  • Undertake MIS reporting for electrical, water, and solar systems across all locations.
  • Undertake any other responsibilities necessary within the AVATAR.
  • Coordination to resolve system-related issues with respective stakeholders.
  • Identification of saving opportunities and reporting in Puma saving tool and DI5.
  • In case of any abnormality in the system, coordination with IFM and ensure closing of the issue.
