The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for appointing and managing Channel Partners to effectively service retailers, expand distribution, and strengthen trade relationships. Key responsibilities include delivering revenue and sales targets, appointing and managing Channel Partners, and ensuring distributor capabilities for market extraction, acquisitions, and revenue.
Core competencies required for this role include 2-4 years of experience in Telco/FMCG, effective distributor management, motivation of teams, and conflict management. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, able to operate with minimal guidance, and possess a graduate degree with an MBA preferred.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:
- Deliver revenue and sales targets
- Appoint and manage Channel Partners in defined market geography
- Ensure distributor 3i - infrastructure, investment, and involvement for reliable and effective service
- Expand town coverage and distribution outlets to build extraction intensity
- Visit markets/distributors as per PJP to strengthen market execution and trade relationships
- Drive extraction from covered sites and towns - quality gross and tertiary
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in Telco/FMCG
- Effective Distributor Management
- Motivate team and build capability
- Skilled in conflict management
- Self-driven, can operate with minimal guidance
Must have technical/professional qualifications:
- Graduate, MBA preferred
- English and local market language
- Can interpret and construct performance reports
