Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Culture Leader to join our Amazon WHS Program team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team to drive process improvement initiatives, develop scalable systems, and partner with stakeholders across geographies and market places.
Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive WHS programs and deliver on-time meeting all quality deliverables related to projects.
- Provide guidance and oversight to ensure compliance to all applicable Amazon WHS policies.
- Measure overall performance against published requirements in policies, identifying corrective and preventive actions for deficiencies.
- Partner with WHS Program Managers, Regional Safety Managers, and Legal Counsel to ensure compliance to all applicable local and regional regulations.
- Work with technology teams to develop long-term scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with India WHS Program team and field WHS Managers for on-boarding and delivering solutions.
- Own and deliver on goals aligned with India WHS objectives.
- Drive standardization of processes to continually improve quality and SLAs for enhanced customer experience.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
