Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst and Power BI Developer to join our team. As a key member of our analytics department, you will be responsible for designing and developing interactive data visualizations using Power BI, as well as providing business insights and recommendations to stakeholders. You will work closely with our businesses to generate models, dashboards, reports, and analytic models for global and cross-functional use. Your primary focus will be on driving reporting and analytics within Nouryon to the next levels.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports on business performance (including KPIs) across businesses and functions in an automated way.
- Work closely with businesses to translate objectives into parameters for analytical models and reports/dashboards.
- Provide meaningful insights that can be used to better understand and improve business performance.
- Actively work on standardization and improvements of certified reporting, dashboarding (Power BI), and related metrics.
- Fulfill information needs across functions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, mathematics, finance, computer science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Power BI modeling and report design.
- Strong knowledge of DAX and HANA/Azure/SQL integration.
- Experience working with data from SAP and/or BW is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proven capabilities in data modeling and data visualization.
- Ability to come up with solutions to define business problems by leveraging pattern detection over large datasets and overseeing relationships between diverse systems.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.

Bonus Skills:
- Statistical modeling and machine learning expertise or interest in data science.
- Familiarity with advanced tools and technologies such as Python, Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
