Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Principal Design Engineer to fill a challenging role in our organization. This position will be responsible for developing high-speed communication protocol-based solutions, creating test bench architecture and test plans, and integrating existing IPs into overall system design.

About the Role:

  • Develop high-speed communication protocol-based solutions using industry-standard design flows.
  • Create test bench architecture and test plans for functional verification of IPs.
  • Implement RTL design, coding, and take it through industry-standard design flows.
  • Integrate existing IPs into overall system design to develop solutions and validate them on hardware kits.
  • Establish schedules and manage multiple project deadlines while adhering to quality standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in design engineering with a strong background in high-speed communication protocols.
  • Experience in developing and implementing IP designs, including Ethernet, PON, and OTN.
  • Strong understanding of FPGA design flow, timing constraints, and issue fixing.
  • Ability to create test bench architecture and test plans for functional verification of IPs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
