Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager - Ad Revenue Growth at N Human Resources & Management Systems, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through digital and print advertising. This role requires a strong understanding of the advertising industry and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth through digital and print advertising
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure continuous business growth
- Develop innovative and creative ideas for increasing sales
- Plan and manage advertising account activities, including identifying customers, managing resources, and setting deadlines
- Determine sales forecast and present figures to management and clients
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals for clients
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the advertising industry
- MBA or bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Strong MS Office skills
