Job Title: Principal - Integration Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal - Integration Specialist to join our team at IKS Health. As a key member of our Integration team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-wide secured and scalable interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define integration solutions and create technology roadmaps for enterprise-level projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement interface architecture, standards, and practices.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in interface architecture, standards, and practices.
  • Ensure the InterOp team's capability to stay on top of the latest evolving technological suites.
  • Hire, build, recognize, and retain talent to create a professional culture within the team.
  • Establish SLAs, KPIs, and recommend measurement and improvement of processes.
  • Create a strong monitoring platform for all live interfaces and administer the interface engine for assured availability.
  • Facilitate and present business updates during Portfolio governance and review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide and implement continuous improvements and recommendations on new processes, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum + years of experience in interface development, architecture, and administration of engines.
  • Strong expertise in messaging standards, including HL, CCD, CCDA, FHIR, XML/JSON, Web Services, SOAP, REST APIs, EDI X.
  • Fair understanding of software development using .NET/C/Java, design principles, data modeling, and reporting using Power BI or other BI tools.
  • Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, and/or
  • Nice to have experience with GCP: deployment, monitoring, and management.
  • Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and data as a service concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in managing tactical operations to achieve successful delivery with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience working with multicultural and global teams in different time zones.
