Job Role: Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the overall running of the sales team
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and solidify the company's presence
  3. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the team and assessing its strengths and weaknesses
  4. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  5. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
  6. Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  1. Required candidates with sales experience
  2. Experience of at least 6 months to 1 year
  3. Self-motivated and driven by targets
  4. Good team player
