Customer Success Advocate

Estimated Salary: ₹10.5 Lakhs per annum based on qualifications and experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure successful product use, retention, and satisfaction.
- Nurture customers to become product advocates by identifying their needs and providing solutions.
- Help customers achieve their educational goals using our products by offering technical support and guidance.
- Address common customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve queries and concerns.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 0-3 years of experience in Technical Account Management or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A techno-commercial mindset with a strong understanding of various use cases.
- A degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable working flexible shifts, including nights.
Qualifications: A graduate or postgraduate degree in any domain is required.
