Job Summary
SATS Ltd. seeks an experienced Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of a central kitchen in Bengaluru, ensuring seamless and efficient operations, inventory management, and compliance with food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the central kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and managing product orders to minimize waste and optimize productivity.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper storage, handling, and labeling of food products, adhering to international standards such as HACCP and ISO 22000.
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures to optimize efficiency, minimize operational risks, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to optimize productivity, minimize waste, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and other kitchen supplies, maintaining strong relationships based on trust, reliability, and excellent communication.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory, sales, and personnel matters, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the organization.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and address any safety or compliance issues, ensuring that all processes meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field (preferably from a reputable institution).
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the food industry (ideally in a food factory environment), with a proven track record of success in leadership, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and industry standards, including HACCP and ISO 22000.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
• Proficient in inventory management, sales analysis, and financial management, with the ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive business growth.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges and minimizing operational risks.
