Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team as a Technical Visionary. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for shaping the technical direction of our product and owning a significant part of it. Your primary focus will be on working closely with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. You will also be responsible for analyzing and solving complex technical problems across the full software stack, addressing issues related to performance, scalability, and system reliability. Additionally, you will conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with coding standards. You will lead the design and development of major features, own the end-to-end modules, and design scalable and repeatable solutions within each major feature. You will also prototype and design new architecture and features as we encounter business and product use-cases. Furthermore, you will train, mentor, and collaborate with your team of engineers and developers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React or Angular, Next.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, Material UI. You should also have experience with relational and non-relational databases, such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB or MongoDB. A solid understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices is essential. Additionally, you should have an understanding of message queues like Kafka, RabbitMQ, and MQTT. You should also have knowledge of CI/CD principles, including automated builds, tests, and deployments. It would be great if you had experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, and DevOps practices and tools. Finally, you should have worked with web technologies or built data pipelines, preferably in a product-based company with a proven track record of working on complex software projects.
